NextLOGiK developed a robust extranet platform for COLA to allow them to interact on a daily basis with their clinical laboratory customers throughout their Accrediation process. The extranet has multiple application modules providing for a variety of functionality. Clients have the ability to receive survey results, alerts and notifications, manage and record daily activities and processes within the lab environment. COLA surveyors have a module that allows them to go out to client sites and work through the surveys in real time and record results back more quickly than previous processes. COLAcentral serves thousands of clients on a daily basis.
